1.) still in racine. have no idea when i'll get home. but i got a new video card! a radeon x850! woot. for free, no less. thanks erik!

2.) i've quit drinking as of last night. i hadn't had a drink in a week and a half, decided to polish off a bottle i left here 3 1/2 years ago and spent the next few hours on the verge of tears for no reason. whee. funny how that is, it's the exact opposite of how i used to be. oh well!
