Following hot on the heels of last year's Lord for £39, Neil Landstrumm brings us some more of his now-signature demented ravestep. Bleeps, bloops, squelches, sawtooths, and nigh-illegal amounts of bass combine to make a nearly overwhelming sonic experience, much akin to having your chest caved in by a large man named Gerald. In a good way. No. A great way.

Bambaataa Eats His Breakfast lets you know what you're in for right away, with almost-dizzying arped out square waves stabbing you in the earholes. And it doesn't let up, either. This album is non-stop, through and through. Which leads me to my one problem with it. It's short. And I mean short. It clocks in at just over 30 minutes. I could easily listen to another 40 minutes of this. For this reason, and this reason alone, it only gets 11 cupcakes out of a baker's dozen.

Listening suggestions:
- Crank your sub up. If you don't have a sub, get a sub. Then crank it up. You've achieved adequate B-B-B-BASS levels when you can feel your fillings rattling around in your teeth. If you don't have fillings, find an adult who does!
- Follow it up with either Lord for £39 or his Empire on a Fiver EP. Its only failing is that it's too short. This will remedy that shortcoming.
